PAVEL "Pasha" CHERDANTSAU & SVETLANA RUDKOVSKAYA, DANCE SPECIALISTS
Pasha and his wife Svetlana are United States Professional 10-Dance Finalists. In 2007, they placed 3rd in the most prestigious competition in the U.S., the United States Dancesport Championships. In the same year, they were also recognized as the 3rd North America 10-Dance couple at the biggest competition in the world, the Ohio Star Ball. They are currently competing professionally in both International Latin and International Ballroom at the national and international levels. Born in Minsk, Belarus, they both became the National Champions of Belarus. Before moving to the United States in 2003, they had the opportunity to travel worldwide. They lived and taught in Korea for two years, where they became the Korean International Dancesport Champions, and the Seoul Open Dancesport Champions.
Upon their arrival in the U.S., they started working at Dance Alday where they now have students competing at the Pro-Am level. Because of their attention to details, and their vast knowledge in both the latin and ballroom dances, they have become very sought after dance teachers. They are also available for judging and shows.
